The day started nice and sunny so did my exercises in the back garden then I headed down to Squiz Lane at The Manor end in Felixstowe for a windsurf foil. The was a good breeze blowing from the SW so I rigged small, my 4.75 and had one cracking long run out to sea before the wind eased right back and I had to wobble back to the beach. I nearly rigged my 6.5, chatting to a nice German couple with their daughter all out winging. The wind then returned so I headed out again and had a great time in the end sailing over 26 miles, small sail foiling is such great fun, love ot:)
