What information about me does GP3S collect and how is it used?
GP3S only collects personal information about you if you voluntarily choose to share it with GP3S. GP3S does not share, rent or sell information concerning GP3S’s members or other users of its website to third parties in ways other than disclosed in this privacy statement.
To use the core functionality of the Site, you must first complete the registration form at the Site and agree to our Terms and Conditions. During registration you will be required to provide personal information such as your name and email address. After registration there are several other opportunities on the Site for you to share information and data about yourself with GP3S. This may include information about you such as your equipment and activities, your sessions, your name. This data and information will be stored and published on the GP3S website and is open for public inspection. The information of any session can be automatically included und published in overall rankings or in registered Events of the user. This includes also connected internet portals, partner media organisations and media coverage, who can receive this published data and information as well.It is not allowed to publish/use Event results/daat or run commercial or sem-commercial Events without official approval from GP3S.
GP3S will also collect your credit card or other payment information if you choose to become a GP3S Premium Member. If you choose to share any personal information with GP3S, GP3S may store it and use it for internal research and other GP3S marketing purposes, including e-mailing you with special promotions and other programs of interest. If the information is sent as part of a website evaluation, GP3S may also use the information to contact you about your comments.

Cookies
When you visit the Site, a cookie will be stored on your computer. Generally, cookies work by assigning to your computer a unique number that has no meaning outside of GP3S. Additionally, after you’ve entered your member ID and password during a session on GP3S’s website, GP3S saves that information so you don’t have to re-enter it repeatedly during that session. GP3S will use this information to identify you as a GP3S member and to respond to the electronic mail. GP3S will only use the information obtained to resolve the issue identified in the e-mail. GP3S will only share your personal information with third parties if:
· GP3S has your consent;

In addition, you may correct, amend or delete submitted information that is inaccurate by visiting “My Dashboard” on the Site.

If GP3S makes changes to any terms or conditions of this Privacy Policy, these changes will be posted on the Site in a timely manner. If GP3S decides to change this Privacy Policy, it will post those changes on this Privacy Policy and other places GP3S deems appropriate, which may include the Site, for a period of time GP3S deems appropriate, so that you are aware of what information GP3S collects, how GP3S uses it, and under what circumstances, if any, GP3S discloses it.
